Step 1:
Have ready - glued and trimmed picture domes, blue tack, plastic bag, Clear Seal code 863-3850
Step 2:
Place a small pool of clear seal onto the plastic bag
Step 3:
Using the blue-tack, pick up a picture dome
Step 4:
and lower it into the edge of the clear seal
Step 5:
You will see the Clear Seal go around the edge of the dome, TWIST the dome around so the total EDGE is covered. Don't drown the dome!
Step 6:
Then SLIDE it off the plastic so there is just a thin coating on the back
Step 7:
Remove from the blue tack with your forefinger and thumb, and place on a flat level surface of plastic or glass to dry at around 20deg for 2 hours ... that's it. When it is dry you can use epoxy glue (such as Araldite) to stick it into your bezel setting.
