Shipping within New Zealand

• In New Zealand all items are sent via Courierpost Track & Trace, (except lazy susans and packaging boxes). We use this method as we are able to properly package your goods for safe shipping, and we love the track and trace facility provided, so hopefully nothing goes astray :)
• Buy as much as you like, the shipping cost stays at a low flat rate of only $4.00 per order, no matter how much you buy. (Does not apply to packaging boxes).
• Add your Trademe auction purchases and there is still just one flat rate.
• Same price for our rural customers.
• This price applies within New Zealand only.
• Orders processed Monday through Friday, not weekends.

FREE Shipping within New Zealand

• If the total of your order comes to more than $60, the shipping is free! (Sorry, does not apply to packaging boxes.)
  This price applies within New Zealand only.

International Shipping

Most orders are sent within 3 days of the order being received. The price will be worked out based on the weight of the items, however we will always send your item by the most economical safe delivery method available for the size of your package.

Small orders less than 10mm thick (and less than $50 in value) may cost as little as $4 to ship, between 10mm and 20mm thick may cost as little as $9.95 to ship.

All international orders over $50 in value, and up to 500g in weight, will be sent by insured track and trace air post. An indication of the cost is below:

• Australia: $20.40 target delivery time 1-3 working days
• South Pacific: $36.40 target delivery time 2-6 working days
• East Asia & North America: $41.70 target delivery time 2-6 working days
• UK & Europe: $42.60 target delivery time 2-6 working days
• Rest of the World: $52.10 target delivery time 2-6 working days

An indication of the cost for parcels 500g - 1kg is below:

• Australia: $26.20
• South Pacific: $38
• East Asia & North America: $52.80
• UK & Europe: $52.30
• Rest of the World: $70.40

Note that when you place your order on the website, it shows a charge of $0. We will email you prior to debiting your credit card to confirm the total of your order including the actual shipping. Please ensure your email address is typed correctly, and your email box is able to receive our emails to you! Remember all prices on our website site are in New Zealand dollars. There is a link at the bottom of each product page to a currency converter, so that you can check what this will be in your currency.

Approximate standard post delivery times according to New Zealand Post:

• Australian orders 3-5 days.
• USA orders 5-10 days.
• UK orders 7-12 days.
• Europe and Ireland 7-12 days (some countries may be longer eg. France).
• Canada 7 - 14 days.

(Please remember that near Christmas, all mail takes longer).

Please note we are subject to international postal systems, but these times are a good guideline for you to know when to expect your delivery. Please note that customs and country import taxes that are specific to your country are your responsibility.
